About Ferdi Schulte
Ferdi is a data-driven professional with a diverse and dynamic career spanning various industries and functions. He has been an interim professional for over a decade. His time equipped him with flexibility and adaptability that allowed him to quickly understand clients’ needs, join their teams and add value from day one. Data has always been central to his interim assignments and formed the basis for informed decision-making. His extensive experience in Business control and FP&A across sectors such as manufacturing, financial services, FMCG, healthcare, education, and public services, represent the expertise of FerdatoS.

Ferdi can quickly grasp complex cases, he has the ability to challenge the status quo and to propose innovative ideas and best practices. He is a good communicator, a strong leader and an experienced sparring partner for top management, which enables him to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. His passion for traveling, where he has visited over 60 countries, has exposed him to different cultures and perspectives and broadened his horizons. This enables him to adapt to different types of people, (company) cultures and circumstances.

After his interim career, Ferdi started as Global Director of Data Management & Business Intelligence at Solmax, where he leads a global team of data professionals from diverse cultures and focuses on promoting data-driven working. In addition to his current position, he derives satisfaction from advising other organizations on being data-driven and how to continuously improve.
